EXTRA-71847 - USA (Burleson, Texas) - Old Town Valet Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide old town valet services to the government authority located in Burleson, TX.• The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, signage, valet stands, radios, communication equipment, ticketing systems, software, uniforms, supplies, transportation, administration, management, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete valet parking operation.a. At a minimum, the Contractor shall provide:i. One (1) onsite supervisor during all operating hours.ii. Two (2) valet attendants during all operating hours.iii. Additional personnel as necessary to maintain acceptable service levels during periods of increased demand.b. The Contractor shall provide all equipment necessary to operate the service, including:i. Valet standii. Directional signageiii. Traffic control devicesiv. Vehicle claim ticketsv. Key storage systemsvi. Radios or communication devicesvii. Uniformsviii. Any technology used to manage vehicle tracking(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026
