ADA Boardwalk at Lyonia Environmental Center at the Deltona Regional Library

Volusia County is seeking the services of a State of Florida Certified General or Building Contractor to provide and pay for building permit and construct the wooden boardwalk assembly complete (structure of beams/ joist/ wood posts/ footings, decking, guardrails and handrails), concrete sidewalks and pervious concrete sidewalks and expansion joint covers. The construction includes, but is not limited to: Pruning and protection of oak tree with trunk within one foot of the proposed boardwalk by a Florida Licensed Arborist. Protection of existing trees. Pervious concrete walks and precast curbs w/ expansion joint cover Carpentry Finish clearing at areas of excavation and paving. Earthwork for sidewalks and finish grade of existing rough graded berms. Grass seed areas disturbed by construction. Add Alternate for Landscape and Drip Irrigation (connect to existing line)
