PHAR-2245 - USA (Paterson, New Jersey) - Pharmacy Consultant Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy consultant services to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.– Conduct drug regimen reviews at least monthly and enter appropriate comments into themedical record of every resident.– Inspect and document results, at least monthly, of all areas where medications are dispensed, including automated medication dispensing cabinet, administered or stored and more often for residents with complicated medication regimens and as requested.– Observe and document results of medication passes.– General supervision of the facility’s procedures for the control and accountability for all drugs and biologicals throughout the facility and that such drugs and biologicals shall be approved and dispensed in compliance with federal and state laws and the facility’s own policies and procedures.– Supervision of the records of receipt and disposition of all controlled drugs and the maintenance of such records in sufficient detail so as to allow an accurate reconciliation.– Review of provider pharmacy’s policy and procedure manual.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
