(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency board–up services to the government authority located in Merced, CA.• The use of these services will reduce liability to the property owner, protect the property from vandals, and secure the contents of the structures to preserve evidence for insurers and investigators.• Provide 24/7 emergency response capability with a one–hour response time.• Deliver victim assistance, support and advice, including food, clothing, shelter, communications, referrals, transition assistance, etc.• Provide victim assistance and structural stabilization services to both insured and uninsured individuals, regardless of social, economic, or geographic status.• Maintain a partnership arrangement with agency to ensure victims of fires and other emergencies receive coordinated support.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 09, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
