(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted online wholesale platform to manage and streamline critical regulatory processes, including price postings, brand appointment letters, limited availability item submissions, and delinquent credit management.– Wholesaler bulk–upload sizes vary by entity, with row counts ranging from 100 to 15,000 rows per file. Public search traffic on the platform is historically minimal, as the vast majority of search queries originate from authenticated licensees logged into the system.– The hosted Wholesale Platform must be architected to support approximately 1,000 active users, with an estimated 250 concurrent users during peak processing times.– Search Functionality: – Search options filterable by Wholesaler/Manufacturer, posting type, andvarious product information.– Delinquency Reporting Capacity: – The system must have the ability to process at least 19,000 delinquencies reported by Wholesalers/Manufacturers monthly.– E–Wholesale Web Services: – Credential Verification: The web service will receive and verify Wholesaler/Manufacturer credentials along with a Retailer Record ID and must respond with premises information and delinquent status.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
