(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, public, media relations, engineering design consulting services and transportation planning services – Professional Consultant Services in the marketing, public and media relations, engineering and design consulting services, and transportation planning services category to provide project management, wayfinding, sign implementation, and mobility planning support.– Contractor will be tasked with printing, installing, maintaining, and removal of all wayfinding signage.– Contractor will be provided with different color palettes and kit of parts to use when working on the signage and branding.– Provide a look book with language and colors that will be used in printed and promotional materials– Provide assistance with maps, designs, website, engineering services, constructability assessment, GIS data analysis and mapping, and other tasks deemed necessary.– Collect and organize available data to support project prioritization and provide recommendations.– Recommendations of wayfinding opportunities to traditional signage.– Contractor will also create a geographic information system (GIS) layer of all wayfinding locations.– Maintain all signs and update as necessary.– Project management and support.– Remove all signs at the conclusion of the games.– Project control and quality assurance.– Games wayfinding. – Wayfinding and signage.– Graphic design.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for one year.          (4) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
