(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO. – Spot clean all glass surfaces within the interior of the occupied space.– Interior and exterior window cleaning.– Clean, rinse and wring mop head– Empty and clean mop buckets and mop sinks.– Deep carpet cleaning.– Toilet paper dispenser.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
