(1) Vendor needs to provide agricultural resource fair host location services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.• Handicap accessibility and compliant with ADA requirements for public access. • Capacity to hold approximately 200 attendees, vendors, and staff. • A main open space/hall that can hold 30–40 tables for exhibitors. – Venue should be able to provide: – 30 to 40 tables, and 2 chairs per table. – Access to electricity for vendor use in main hall and breakout rooms. – A minimum of 2 classroom style spaces with seating for approximately 25 to 50 people. • Catering service to provide beverages and light snacks. – On–site dining services or other catering and/or food services.
