MEDI-7928 - USA (Chatsworth, California) - Biomedical Monitoring Service - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide biomedical monitoring service to the government authority located in Chatsworth, CA.         – Special examinations for employees exposed to specific hazards shall be scheduled on an as–needed basis or as required by applicable regulations.– The medical facility will have the employee sign the attached form indicating which exam elements were refused.– A complete address of the facility, including suite number and signage along with a phone number and name of the clinic.– Occupational medicine surveillance program or affiliate that provides physical examinations to employees.– Providing occupational medical services described.– An effective program to provide biological and biomedical monitoring.– Equipment to a network of occupational medical care for services– Physical examination content.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
