W.E. O’Neil (WEO) has been selected by County of San Joaquin to the be the General Contractor for the Stockton Metropolitian Airport Improvements Project located in Stockton, CA. More specifically the project will consist of expanding existing terminal to include a new hold room, partially cover outdoor wine garden, improving portions of the existing terminal building, constructing a new naturally ventilated baggage claim building and walkway canopy, additions and revisions to fencing, gates, lights and airfiled striping, new T-Hangar building, new fuel farm, demo of the existing restrooms (2) and constructing (2) new restrooms and new fire engine port at the firestation etc. Your proposal should be emailed to the following people on or before 8/14/2026 at 3:00PM.
