(1) Vendor needs to provide auditing services to the government authority located in California.– Provide specialized auditing services– Reviewing the Athletics Department Statement of Revenues and Expenses.– Performing all testing and procedures required by the current NCAA Agreed–Upon Procedures Guidelines.– Verifying athletics revenues, expenses, debt, capital expenditures, endowments, and other required NCAA reporting elements.– Reviewing activities and financial information of affiliated and outside organizations supporting Athletics, when applicable.– Conducting planning meetings, fieldwork, testing, and follow–up discussions with university personnel.– Preparing draft and final Independent Accountant's Reports on Agreed–Upon Procedures.– Providing consultation regarding NCAA financial reporting classifications and reporting requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
