Vendor needs to provide stormwater master plan services to the government authority located in Delray Beach, FL.• Provide engineering services to complete the Stormwater Master Plan.• To develop a comprehensive stormwater master plan (SWMP) that will guide the city’s stormwater management, flood mitigation, and infrastructure investment strategies for the next 20 years.• The Stormwater Master Plan will serve as the City’s primary framework for assessing the condition and capacity of the existing stormwater system, identifying vulnerabilities, and prioritizing future Capital Improvement Projects.• Consultant will evaluate current drainage infrastructure, develop updated hydrologic and hydraulic models, review water‑quality performance, and appraise risks related to sea‑level rise, tidal flooding, and extreme rainfall.• This effort is central to the City’s commitment to responsible infrastructure planning, environmental resources management, and community resilience.• The resulting stormwater master plan will support informed decision‑making, strengthen the city’s ability to pursue state and federal funding, and ensure that beach remains a safe, vibrant, and sustainable coastal community.
