(1) Vendor needs to provide election equipment moving service to the government authority located in El Centro, CA.– Provide transportation services, including loading, transporting, unloading, and returning election equipment.– Safely load election equipment at the county's designated location.– Transport equipment to each assigned Vote Centre.– Unload and place equipment at the designated delivery location.– Handle all equipment with care to prevent damage during loading, transportation, unloading, and return.– Approximately thirty–eight (38) election equipment containers.– Containers are equipped with wheels for mobility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
