EXTRA-70939 - USA (Utah) - RFI for Sentinel Scheduling Support Services - Deadline June 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sentinel scheduling support services to the government authority located in Utah.–  Support in managing a large and complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), database administration, and strategic program planning.– This includes critical path analysis, data integration with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems, and user support. – Oracle Database Administration (DBA): Management, maintenance, security, and optimization of the Oracle database environment hosting.– Master Planner and Strategic Support: Development and synchronization of the program–level IMS, quantitative schedule risk assessments (SRA), “what–if“ scenario modelling, and enforcement of baseline change management. – Reporting and Governance: Developing executive–level dashboards and reports, responding to data calls, and supporting governance bodies. – Providing scheduling and planning input for key acquisition documents (e.g., Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline), supporting program milestone reviews, and providing comprehensive support for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
