(1) Vendor needs to provide weather decision dashboard solution.– Software solution capable of delivering utility–grade weather forecasting, real–time meteorologist support, and a configurable decision–making dashboard to enhance operational planning and storm response. – The solution will provide real–time meteorological expertise, advanced modelling, accessible data tools, integrated forecasting capabilities, and end–user support. – The solution shall include a user–configurable dashboard containing operational planning and situational awareness tools. – Dashboard elements may include real–time weather maps, risk assessment graphs, notifications and alerts, resource management tools, and user–specific modules. – The solution shall monitor and report weather conditions such as minimum/maximum temperature, dew point and humidity, heat index or wind chill, wind speed and direction, precipitation, soil moisture, atmospheric pressure, and microclimate variations. – The solution shall provide advanced predictive weather modelling with updates delivered at a minimum of 1–hour increments. – Users shall have the ability to query and download historical weather datasets, including but not limited to temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, precipitation, solar radiation, and forecast data. – The solution shall be accessible via desktop and mobile platforms. – The mobile application must support push notifications and alerts. – The solution shall support ingestion of client–provided datasets, including but not limited to GIS utility infrastructure data and historical outage information, for outage forecasting and dynamic alerting. – The solution shall forecast required staffing levels based on predicted weather conditions to support effective and efficient resource allocation. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
