(1) Vendor needs to provide case management system. – Provide a new case management system with integrated electronic filing. – Provide for electronic management of the entire judicial docket and caseload allowing the judge and clerks to electronically manage every aspect of the agency’s docket and cases, permitting a fully paperless court.– The system must be able to convert all of the agency’s current and historical records available within its current case management system into the new system without any agency intervention or duplication of the data available. – The system must have a user–friendly public access portal available to any and all individuals that wish to access the agency’s public records.– System must provide e–filing that enables any and all case types under the agency’s jurisdiction to be filed and processed wholly electronically, without the requirement of paper filings, except as specified by the agency.– Provide ongoing and timely maintenance and support, end–user training, and administrator technical training.• Case management:– General case management functions– Automated reminders– Party type management– Case linking– Calendaring and scheduling– Electronic signatures– Confidential case types/sealing records– Financials and bookkeeping• Document management• E–filing(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
