Phoenix Elementary is seeking quotes for 'Project Title from a qualified firm to provide Real Estate Services including, but not limited to: appraisal services, appraisal review services, real estate brokerage services and real estate consulting services. In its best interest, the District intends to use, sell, lease, dispose, or exchange these properties, therefore, the District requires professional assistance in identifying marketable assets, coordinating the appraisals of those assets, managing the competitive real estate bidding process and other real estate-related transactions. Services will be provided from the date of award through June 30, 2023. The District may elect to competitively quote any project or self-perform services if deemed to be in the District’s best interest.
