(1) Vendor needs to provide accounts payable automated invoice scanning and data extraction services to modernise and enhance its invoice processing capability. – Agency is seeking a solution that delivers the following outcomes:• Increased automation and straight–through processing of invoices;• Improved data extraction accuracy, including for complex or non–standard formats;• Reduced reliance on manual data entry and exception handling;• Enhanced transparency, auditability, and reporting;• Improved resilience and scalability of AP operations;• A platform capable of continuous improvement through AI or learning–based capabilities.– The proposed solution must:• Automatically ingest invoices from a central AP mailbox;• Extract and validate key invoice data fields;• Tag extracted data to invoice images for traceability;• Provide structured exception management workflows;• Enable supplier master data matching and validation;• Support integrated communication with suppliers;• Ensure data security, privacy, and access controls;• Have demonstrated capability to adapt to new invoice formats and suppliers• Provide dashboards and reporting for monitoring performance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
