(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal solid waste engineering services to the government authority located in Irving, TX.• Update remaining airspace estimates and prepare annual municipal solid waste report.• Investigations, studies, expansion, permitting, and reporting• Regulatory compliance assessments• Geotechnical investigation• Mitigation credits• Design, plans, specifications, scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimating• Design, prepare construction plans and specifications and oversee construction of solid waste landfill facility components; such as, landfill cells, leachate collection and management systems, final cover systems, erosion control structures, and citizen collection sites.• Design leachate recirculation system, future slurry wall, levees, drainage final design, prepare plans and specifications and oversight construction.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026
