Cleaning Out and Plugging Four (4) Orphan Gas Wells Keating Township, McKean County Estimated Amount: $300,000-$500,000 Term: 365 calendar days Bid Bond Required Principal Items of Work and Approximate Quantities: Clean out and plug four (4) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1800-2200 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on: July 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Department representatives will meet contractors at: Hilltop Volunteer Fire Department, 4351 PA-646, Cyclone, PA 16726 FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
