(1) Vendor needs to provide international training services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Provide training and education to international students.– Educational and Training services– Training Implementation– Technical Services– Logistics Support– Management Assistance, Consulting and Facilitation Services– Training Liaison– Subject Matter Experts– Administration and Transportation Support Services,– Provide front–end analyses of specific client country training needs, including problem identification; development of training support plans; surveys of existing programs; identifying anticipated program changes; recommendations and cost analyses; and any other analyses and documentation needed as the basis for instructional systems project management. – The requirement analysis will also provide recommendations for more effectively achieving international training requirements.– The contractor may be required to prepare a Program of Instruction (POI) for classroom activities and learning objectives; academic media delivery systems; develop Interactive Courseware (ICW) or other electronic courseware material and recommend necessary equipment for operating an ICW/electronic learning center, ADL, “E“–learning,(2) The contract period will be for one year.
