Sod Restoration Services

Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) is soliciting vendor(s) for annual sod restoration services at various locations across their service areas, primarily within the City, County and state right-of-ways or within GRU utility easements. This work is often located in residential areas. The vendor will be expected to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the replacement of sod associated with routine water, wastewater, electric, gas, or telecommunication system construction activities. The locations, size, and type of sod will vary from site to site. The purpose of this bid is to form a mutually agreed upon contract with the awarded vendor(s) for a period of three (3) years with an option for a two (2) year renewal.
