(1) Vendor needs to provide core network ISP provider services to provide affordable, reliable, high–speed internet access for all residential, business, and government constituents to the government authority located in Oswego, NY.• Providing, implementing and overseeing a marketing plan, including the submission of marketing reports to the NYS ConnectALL Office (CAO).• Providing customer installations beginning in November 2026.• Assisting the County with equipment RFP/BID specifications for all electronics required in the six (6) Central Office locations that are compatible with the ISPs system.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
