(1) Vendor needs to provide welcome signage service.• This work includes the removal of eight monument signs and two 12”x18” post and panel signs.• It also includes the installation of eight new monument campus welcome signs and ten 12”x18” post and panel signs, along with landscape restoration involving topsoil and fine grading. • Report shall include:1. Time, location, conditions, and duration of activity;2. Names of persons performing and witnessing activity;3. Equipment used;4. Description of activity, data recorded, and results• Cementitious Materials: Use fly ash, pozzolan, slag cement, and silica fume as needed toreduce the total amount of portland cement, which would otherwise be used, by not lessthan 40 percent.1. Fly Ash: 25 percent.2. Combined Fly Ash and Pozzolan: 25 percent.3. Slag Cement: 50 percent.4. Combined Fly Ash or Pozzolan and Slag Cement: 50 percent Portland cementminimum, with fly ash or pozzolan not exceeding 25 percent.5. Silica Fume: 10 percent.6. Combined Fly Ash, Pozzolans, and Silica Fume: 35 percent with fly ash or pozzolansnot exceeding 25 percent and silica fume not exceeding 10 percent.7. Combined Fly Ash or Pozzolans, Slag Cement, and Silica Fume: 50 percent with flyash or pozzolans not exceeding 25 percent and silica fume not exceeding 10 percent(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2026.
