CLEANING-13540 - USA (Pierre, South Dakota) - Cleaning and Care of Interstate Rest Areas Service - Deadline August 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning and care of interstate rest areas service to the government authority located in Pierre, SD. – Clean and make minor repairs and adjustments to drinking fountains, faucets and valves, and, perform preventive maintenance on water conditioning equipment– Remove obstructions from stools, drains, and from sewer lines to the nearest manhole opening. – Clean the Plexiglass on the Kiosk weekly with a microfiber towel and water to keep it clean.– Deep clean bathroom walls, floors, stools, urinals, sinks and counter tops with a machine cleaner.– Clean lobby windows, walls and floors.– Repaint entrance and bathroom stall doors as needed. (2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Pre–proposal site visits will be held on September 14, 2026.
