Air Dryer Kit & Replacement Units

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking qualified vendors to supply OEM air dryer kits and replacement units for its active bus fleet on an as-needed basis. This two-year contract will support SORTA's ongoing maintenance program by ensuring a reliable supply of certified parts that meet strict OEM specifications. Vendors must be able to fulfill orders on a consistent and timely basis, with a guaranteed minimum purchase quantity committed over the full contract term. BIDS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH E-PROCUREMENT PORTAL WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE • All suppliers shall utilize the pricing table within the E-procurement portal. Bids received in other formats may be considered non-responsive. • Items of Importance: All quotes must have the freight included in the price. Lead time: L/T must be noted in the NOTES column in the bid table. Lead-time should be in days. "Stock" quotes are subjective and will still require a L/T in days for us to fairly evaluate bids. Enter any Core fee in the NOTES field located in the pricing table. If you do not carry a part, please select "no bid." This is a parts only contract, no installation is required.
