(1) Vendor needs to provide older adult home delivery nutrition program service to the government authority located in Oroville, CA. – Expanding home–delivered meal nutrition services to one hundred (100) unique and eligible older adults in the Program service area, including currently underserved communities, and providing nutritionally appropriate meals that meet applicable dietary guidelines for older adults, with reasonable accommodation of dietary restrictions where feasible.– Developing and implementing a marketing plan for outreach to eligible beneficiaries, including coordination with community service providers and local agencies, development of appropriate referral relationships, and methods for providing information in alternative formats and languages as needed.– Identifying proposed service areas, delivery routes, and methods for expanding services to underserved areas.
