(1) Vendor needs to provide zenith long term care beds service to the government authority located in Allentown, PA.– Beds shall be delivered in upright position on pallets– The facility has a loading dock, but no lift gate. – The vendor will need to deliver using a truck with a lift gate. Trailer should not exceed 45 feet– This will be a dock–to–dock delivery and staff will be available to assist with unloading– Windsor Mahogany #MAL29650CCR head and foot boards – 26 beds.– Talas Cherry #H02R36ST 36” headboard and #F02R36ST 36” footboard – 76 beds.– Special Grounded plug with special prong plug power cord, 45 degree/45–degree plug configuration (plugs – in at a right angle).– Set of two (2) pivot assist bars – Zenith #ZA94700.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
