(1) Vendor needs to provide build of analytics platform, dashboard, tools, and consulting services.– Providing analytics platforms or data visualization services to K–12 public school districts or comparable public education.– Design, implement, and maintain an online analytics platform with interactive dashboards and data tools; and to provide budget development support.– All functional areas including academics, student support, human resources, and finance to easily access, visualize, and analyse.– This includes budget monitoring (including trend analysis and identification of at–risk accounts),purchasing and invoice tracking, and HR data covering staffing, hiring, retention, diversity,licensure, and evaluations.– Dashboards must support disaggregation by grade level, demographic subgroup, school, and time period, and should enable staff to move fluidly between aggregate trends and individual student detail.– The platform must provide analytics covering finance and human resources operations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
