DRA-11389 - USA (Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan) - Public Safety Dispatch and Lock-up Consolidation Study and Implementation Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety dispatch and lock–up consolidation study and implementation services to the government authority located in Grosse Pointe Park, MI.– Feasibility of consolidating public safety dispatch and lock–up operations, develop a comprehensive consolidation plan, and prepare an implementation strategy for a regional public safety dispatch and lock–up center serving the five pointe communities.– Assess facility and technology requirements, including AI–assisted dispatch.– Review operations, staffing, CAD/RMS, radio, NG911, facilities, finances, labor agreements.– Review the historical call volume based on the participating communities call volume.– Variable fee based on call volume must define what constitutes a call.– Emergency backup dispatching and lockup services.– Develop a governance model, staffing, technology, facility, cost–sharing and transition recommendations, and assist with presentations to the governing bodies and public meetings.– Develop staffing and organizational recommendations.– Identify risks and mitigation strategies.– Provide actionable recommendations that promote regional collaboration.– Develop a sustainable financial model.– Consultant will engage municipal leadership, public safety administrators, dispatch personnel, and other key stakeholders to ensure that regional operational requirements and community needs are fully considered.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18,2026.
