DRA-10896 - USA (Spokane, Washington) - Pneumatic Tube Traffic Counts (ATR) Data Collection Services - Deadline July 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pneumatic tube traffic counts (ATR) data collection services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.    – The data collection season is from April 1st to October 31, as studded tires are legal from November 1st to March 31st and are damaging to pneumatic tubes.– Classifying vehicles is a critical component of collecting traffic data.– Providing traffic counting vehicle classification data.– Tubes perpendicular to traffic flow.– Avoid large puddles where tubes may siphon water.– Tubes tested monthly.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for two years.
