WD-16160 - USA (New Jersey) -Information Technology and Website Support Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology and website support services. – Enhance the IT infrastructure and website support to improve operational efficiency, data security, and service delivery.– Website Maintenance and Support:• Maintain the open–source content management system: WordPress• Regular website maintenance, such as, but not limited to, WordPress updates, security updates, plug–in.• Recommendations, and updates.• Ensure that websites and web pages are responsive to visitors using mobile phones and tablet devices.• Host website and provide timely notice of needed renewals, including domain, SSL certificates or hosting accounts.• Develop and/or update web pages, as needed.– Network Management:• Install and configure network hardware (routers, switches, etc.), as needed.• Maintain and monitor network performance.• Implement network security protocols.– PC / Workstation / Tablet Equipment: Evaluate, recommend, acquire, install and configure PC servers, tablets, workstations and peripherals including, printers, scanners, etc., as needed.– Cybersecurity: Provide off–site backup (local and cloud) per server. Monitoring of server stability, performance, events, threats. Daily monitoring of server backup and firewall monitoring with scheduled server maintenance and network resource monitoring. File and server restore from backup.– Software Development and Maintenance: As needed: Design, configure, install, upgrade, expand, manage, maintain, and support Peer to Peer, Microsoft Windows networks along with many other data communication technologies.– Technical Support: Vendor to act as our off–site Help Desk providing toll–free telephone technical support, resolution of network issues through remote management access, and when necessary, available on–site problem resolution assistance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2026.(3) A pre–bid site visit will be held on September 16, 2026.
