(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental lead investigations services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.i. Paint, dust, soil, waterii. Household items (e.g., ceramics, furniture, bathtubs)iii. Cultural or medicinal remediesiv. Imported foods/spices/etc– Shall also include an investigation of all areas of the home/property, especially areas the child’s frequent, collection and analysis of dust, soil and water samples.– Identification of lead–based hazards in paint, dust, and soil, collection and laboratory analysis of environmental samples and a written report within twenty (20) business days of receipt of laboratory results.– Ability for City to push data as needed to these software systems to update base datasets(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
