Refer below for a summary of new requirements. </span></p><ol><li><strong data-end=\"561\" data-start=\"531\">Initial Purchase Quantity:</strong><br data-end=\"564\" data-start=\"561\">The Convention Center has determined that an initial purchase of approximately 2,000 (two thousand) seat and back pads will be required under the resulting contract for the initial base year period. All other quantities listed in the solicitation are for bid evaluation and budgeting purposes only. The City does not guarantee or imply any minimum or additional purchase quantities.<br><br></li><li><strong data-end=\"1025\" data-start=\"991\">Sample Submission Requirement:</strong><br data-end=\"1028\" data-start=\"1025\">Bidders are required to submit one (1) complete sample set consisting of the finished products with all necessary parts for assembly and mounting for City review and approval.<br data-end=\"1200\" data-start=\"1197\">Samples shall be <strong>r</strong>eceived no later than<strong><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42);\"> December 4, 2025</span></strong>, and may be shipped or hand-delivered to:<ol><li><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42);\"><strong>City of Anaheim&nbsp;</strong></span><br data-end=\"1372\" data-start=\"1369\"><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42);\"><strong>200 S.
