NOTICE TO BIDDERS: This bid is a continuation of IFB No. 515-208900-AH, previously issued for Anaheim Convention Center REPLACEMENT BALLROOM CHAIR SEAT AND BACK PADS, which was placed on hold. Please review the bid in its entirety. Refer below for a summary of new requirements. Initial Purchase Quantity: The Convention Center has determined that an initial purchase of approximately 2,000 (two thousand) seat and back pads will be required under the resulting contract for the initial base year period. All other quantities listed in the solicitation are for bid evaluation and budgeting purposes only. The City does not guarantee or imply any minimum or additional purchase quantities. Sample Submission Requirement: Bidders are required to submit one (1) complete sample set consisting of the finished products with all necessary parts for assembly and mounting for City review and approval. Samples shall be r eceived no later than December 4, 2025 , and may be shipped or hand-delivered to: City of Anaheim 200 S. Anaheim Blvd., Suite 620 Anaheim, CA 92805 Attn: Ariana Hernandez (Purchasing Division) Warranty Requirement: The seat pads, back pads, and associated hardware shall be covered by a minimum five (5)-year material warranty from the date of City acceptance. Delivery Requirement: Delivery shall be made within three (3) months from the date of receipt of the Delivery Order, unless otherwise approved in writing by the City Project Manager (CPM). The City of Anaheim, Department Name , (hereinafter referred to as City) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) that attended the mandatory job walks for Project Title . The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the City and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the terms, conditions and scope of work incorporated herein. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the City’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the terms, conditions, and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.
