(1) Vendor needs to provide product line help desk tier 2 & deployment support 2.0.– Desk from 6:30 am until 12:30 am Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday and 6:30 am to 6:30 pm ET on Saturdays for any Tier 2, 3 or 4 issues.– Establish transition governance, points of contact, communication protocols, meetings, reporting requirements, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and escalation procedures. – Review and evaluate existing services, processes, procedures, workloads, schedules, tools, environments, requirements, and outstanding activities to ensure continuity of services during transition. – Receive, inventory, review, and validate all necessary business, programmatic, operational, and technical documentation, including applicable policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, system documentation, reports, metrics, statistics, and other relevant records.
