(1) Vendor needs to provide SCRAM remote alcohol monitoring services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX. – Provide SCRAM remote breath and secure continuous remote alcohol monitoring services.– Services will include participant enrollment, equipment installation and removal, alcohol monitoring, secure electronic reporting, violation and tampering notifications, equipment support, and access to monitoring records. – These monitoring tools are required to support participant accountability, encourage compliance, and assist the court in identifying substance–use violations.– Installation and deinstallation of monitoring equipment – Data management and reporting.– Maintenance, repairs, replacements(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
