(1) Vendor needs to provide national guard–to–aerospace talent transition initiative services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Design, deploy, and manage a high–touch pipeline engineered to transition exiting air national guard (ANG) and active–duty military members across state into private–sector aerospace positions with a focus on roles requiring security clearance.• This program targets high–need technical roles, specifically focusing on technicians, engineers, and cyber security/intelligence operators or those roles identified by state aerospace employers.• Direct coordination with ANG and other branches, organize focused workshops, and individual industry engagements connecting vetted military candidates with aerospace employers.• Leverage Career Fit and other tools as applicable to support successful career transitions.• Work with existing branches and personnel to evaluate candidates based on established military aptitude standards that translate to civilian and aerospace skills in addition to the Career Advising and Career Fit or related platforms based on aerospace business preference.• General Technical (GT) and Skilled Technical (ST): To source and qualify candidates for aerospace engineering support, systems testing, and logistics.• Organize highly focused hiring events, resume alignment workshops, and industry networking sessions connecting vetted military candidates with aerospace employers.• Provide interview preparation, facilitate direct corporate hires, or coordinate transitional training assignments that convert to permanent, full–time employment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
