Upgrade Dam Control Facilities Shikellamy State Park City of Sunbury, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania Physical work on and within the blower house building shall only occur from October 2027 through April 2028. The building must remain functional and operational at all other times for the operation of the dam. Components required for the project may have long lead times. Sufficient time is built into the project schedule for these items prior to physical construction on the building. This Contract includes, but is not limited to, salvage of existing mechanical equipment, select demolition of the existing Dam Control Building, construction of a building addition and second floor, construction of a new bituminous driveway, rearrangement of blowers and compressor air piping, installation of a new electrical power system and emergency generator and replacement of the existing dam control panel.
