HEALTH-10970 - USA (Toms River, New Jersey) - Youth Outpatient Substance Use Treatment and Recovery Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide youth outpatient substance use treatment and recovery services to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.– Provide developmentally appropriate, evidence–informed substance use assessment, education, early intervention, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, recovery support, and family services for youth involved in, or at risk of deeper involvement in, the youth justice system.– Services shall be developmentally appropriate, trauma–responsive, culturally responsive, youth–centered, strengths–based, recovery–oriented, and coordinated with the youth’s family and existing systems of care.– Third–party reimbursement and payer–of–last–resort expectation.– Strategic role within the youth justice continuum.– Referral, access, and clinical assessment.– Behavioral health, trauma, and co–occurring needs.– Family functioning and recovery environment.– Education and early intervention.– Intensive outpatient and step–up or step–down.– Co–occurring behavioral health and medical needs.– Recovery, positive youth development, and functional skill building.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
