Purpose: To solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with qualified contractors to provide a classification and compensation study for Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB). The study outcome will result in a new classification and compensation plan, updated descriptions, policies and procedures, audit capability for future calssification actions and related management/supervisor training.
