(1) Vendor needs to provide energy consultant services for development of community energy plan to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ.• Support in community energy plan development as requested by township administration.• General administrative support.• Support with community energy plan grant reporting requirements.• Provide routine updates on action items and attend meetings with the business administrator and township boards, as requested by township administration, the board chairpersons, or the board secretaries.• Provide a written review, analysis, conclusion, and recommendation for applications before the various township boards as requested.• Attend township meetings as requested. The applicant shall provide an alternate representative if the applicant has a conflict with a scheduled meeting.• Energy efficiency analysis for township assets.• Energy efficiency analysis in the building sectors.• Expert analysis in developing a clean energy innovation economy.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
