(1) Vendor needs to provide social media management services.– Provide social media manager, responsible for translating the program's marketing strategy into an effective social media publishing, promotion, engagement, and performance program.– Social media strategy:– Develop and maintain a social media strategy that aligns with the agency program's goals and annual marketing direction.– Recommend platform–specific strategies based on audience behaviour, seasonal priorities, and emerging trends.– Identify opportunities to maximize visibility, engagement, and visitor conversion across all owned social media channels.– Social media publishing and distribution:– Develop a detailed monthly social media posting schedule using the agency program's approved editorial calendar and campaign priorities.– Schedule and publish approved content.– Community engagement and social listening:– Monitor comments, direct messages, and notifications.– Engage regularly with visitors, agency partners, businesses, organizations, and community members.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
