(1) Vendor needs to provide commission youth justice strategic plan services.– Provide immediate, short–term sanctions and services for low–level juvenile offenders referred by the designated police station(s) and by local schools.– Community–based organizations to provide services that promote positive youth development and improve outcomes for youth and families.– The goal of this program is to reduce recidivism and provide the support and resources necessary to promote long–term self–sufficiency when transitioning from detention, residential and secure facilities to the community.– provide intensive one–on–one assessment, support and case management to the youth and family that begins prior to release and continues through transition and reintegration into the community.– Community–based youth supportive services. – Social media and cyberbullying education. – Prosocial activities and recreation.– Mental health services and supports. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
