EXTRA-72310 - USA (Arizona) - Utility Relocation Monitoring and Technical Support Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call utility relocation monitoring and technical support services to the government authority located in AZ. – Perform utility/railroad relocation monitoring and technical support services to augment agency staff in the delivery of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), Maintenance Improvement Program (MIP), and other duties as assigned by the agency.– Provide a Utility Inspector (UI) responsible for monitoring relocations, providing audit as–built collection, coordinating with project stakeholders, and reporting of utility relocation progress and conflicts.– Provide a Utility Manager (UM) responsible for coordinating with the UI and Project Manager (PM), and managing the assignment scope of work and UIs and serving as the main contact for all project contract and field related questions, activities, and issues.– Coordinate the relocation of overhead and underground private and public utility facilities for agency or other agencies public works projects. – Review project design and relocation plans.– Represent agency with governmental agencies, utility companies, design consultants and contractors.– Conduct encroachment permit reviews for utility facilities associated within the area of proposed construction project.– Conduct field observations and monitor utility facility relocations and projects under construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
