(1) Vendor needs to provide school immunization information management and consumer access tool.– Applications that can support and enhance public access to immunization records and school and childcare immunization compliance management.– Secure, public–facing application that enables individuals and families to access official state immunization records.– Solution should support secure data linkage to improve user experience, reduce administrative burden, improve data quality, and provide reliable tools for immunization compliance, reporting, communications, and system administration.– Provide step–by–step guidance for registration, record matching, login, and account recovery.– Improve matching between users and their immunization records.– Provide a public–facing system–status or outage notification capability.– Support both web browsers and mobile devices.– Identity matching and account management.– Automated creation and routing of support tickets.– Automated retrieval of updated immunization records.– Support configurable email, SMS/text, and other approved notification mechanisms.– Provide secure search and retrieval of an individual's immunization record.– Administrative tools for authorized staff to assist users with account and matching issues.– Parent and guardian communications.– User management and multi–organization access.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
