Description
The City’s goal is to have vending machines at all locations currently serviced. The agreement shall be for two years with a one-year option to renew. The following terms and conditions will be a part of the concession agreement. See enclosed Exhibit A for a list of locations. A preproposal teleconference will be held. Prospective proposers are encouraged to participate in the conference although attendance is not mandatory. At or before the teleconference interested parties may submit or ask questions pertaining to the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and the services desired.
