(1) Vendor needs to provide church engagement systems, strategy and operations support consultancy service. – Data systems – Salesforce & MS Teams• A consistent nomenclature guide for entering engagements into Salesforce.• Training and support to team members on usage of the nomenclature guide.• Creation of reports based on different areas of work.• Creation of a monitoring dashboard aligned with team objectives and key activities.• Finalization and testing of a reporting tool for partners.• Ongoing data entry, data quality control and assurance.• Updated MS Teams file architecture aligned with team priorities.– Strategy Development and Measurement• Design and facilitation of a monthly team–level progress meeting to review progress, analyze results to date and capture learnings.• Creation and monitoring of team–wide OKRs.– Operations and Administration• Development of effective structure/process for managing team collaborative work (including calendaring).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
