Covenant Health invites qualified construction management firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). This is Stage 1 of a two-stage procurement to select a Construction Manager for a new health facility aligned with the Covenant Wellness Community model. The site will be a master-planned community anchored by a Community Health Centre (CHC) which will be the focus of the proposal. 5 shortlisted firms will be invited to Stage 2, a Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
