(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, implementation, migration and maintenance service using content management system. – Provide web services agencies to support the ongoing development, maintenance and management of website and associated government websites.– Provide technical support, website enhancements, third–party integrations and the implementation of the website Search Everywhere Strategy, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). – Support the website re–platforming programme, including migration activities, feature development, user acceptance testing and go–live support, while ensuring website accessibility, security, reliability and alignment with the government’s digital communications objectives.– Provide crucial support, offering web development assistance and delivering maintenance and management services for existing sites on Oracle content management and HubSpot.– Proficiency in multiple coding languages is essential for building custom modules and integrating third–party solutions.– Agency must also demonstrate expertise in both on–page and technical search engine optimisation, utilising Google SEO tools and optimise performance.– Support the re–platforming exercise, the agency will focus on the day–to–day operations of website, provide feature development and support while assisting with the implementation of the migration plan.– Implementation of the website Search Everywhere Strategy (SEO + AEO) will be a key focus, requiring the agency to provide regular reporting on the impact of activities and services rendered, including monthly, quarterly, and annual assessments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
