DRA-11229 - USA (Auburn, California) - Commercial Area Historic Resource Survey Service - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial area historic resource survey service to the government authority located in Auburn, CA. – Provide historic preservation consultants to undertake a reconnaissance–level built environment survey, including forms and supporting documentation, of the downtown or old town commercial districts.– Resources within the Survey boundaries, such as commercial buildings, historic objects, and archaeological resources, should be recorded, and any sites or districts.– Provide updated GIS–compatible mapping and digital copies of all completed forms, photographs, and supporting documentation in formats acceptable to the city.– Prepare a summary memo describing the methodology to be used and the criteria for documenting resources, including evaluation methods, rating systems, and record keeping.– Develop a brief context statement for historic, assembled from available information, and limited additional research.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
